Can I cancel an order I just placed?
If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, then yes. If not, sadly no. In order to cancel your order, please send us an email with your invoice number. Also, please note that yarn clubs are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. Please email us within 30 days of postmark. Any incorrect items or missing items will be shipped or exchanged at no cost to the buyer. In other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping. To be issued a full refund, all items must be shipped back in its original, resale condition. All yarn club skeins are final sale and cannot be returned.
When will my item be shipped?
In-stock items will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. Pre-orders take 3 to 5 weeks. Yarn clubs will be shipped usually in the last week of the month or the first week of the following month.
I have moved since I purchased a yarn club. Can you ship it to my new address?
Our yarn clubs are usually 3 to 4 months long. We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen in life. However, I highly discourage customers who foresee moving within that time period from purchasing our yarn clubs. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, changing shipping addresses leaves us prone to costly errors and is unbelievably time consuming. But if you must, send us an email with your new address and your invoice number.
I placed multiple orders. Can you combine shipping?
Sorry, due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders at this time.
Do you accept custom orders?
No, we do not accept custom orders at this time.
When is your next update?
Updates are usually on Sundays at 9pm Eastern, unless announced otherwise. If you’d like to see what will be available on our next update, please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram!
The colors I saw on my monitor does not match the yarn I received. What's going on?
We do our best to accurately photograph our product. By best I mean we use a color-calibrated monitor and take extra steps to color-correct our photos to best represent the colors in real life. Even though we try our hardest, there may still be differences in color depending on what platform you’re viewing the item from.
How do you dye speckles? Can you teach me how to dye yarn?
MJ is a full-time dyer and a per-diem nurse. So much to do yet so little time. It’s physically impossible for her to teach every person who’s expressed interest to learn dyeing from her. However, she can refer you to some awesome references out there that we wish were available when we first started. There are great video tutorials on YouTube on speckle-dyeing and this one by Hue Loco is our favorite. There’s also Craftsy classes on acid dyeing(and they always have classes on sale!)
